SUPERMOUNT 300 SERIES

The SUPERMOUNT 300 Series is constructed of stainless steel. The SUPERMOUNT 300 Series is a versatile low cost mount that serves a wide variety of process control and vessel weighing applications. The unique Neoprene top plate of the 300 Series allows for vibration damping and some dynamic load compensation. Capacities range from 250 lbs. To 5,000 lbs. Along with a hermetically sealed load cell this weighing assembly is water resistant to IP65/67 standards.

SPECIFICATION

The best positioning of 300 Series mount assemblies is shown above in diagram 1-4. The long axis of the load cell should point in line with any recurring force. Such as a Conveyor or Tank Scale. This will allow the least restricted vessel movement and allow for thermal expansion and contraction.
