Supermount 1000 Series

Manufactured by INSCALE for INCELL, the Supermount 2000 Series is a structural steel, heavy duty, self centering truck & railroad track scale mount. Unlike other mounts of its type, the 2000 does not use castings or bent sheet metal that will fatigue over a period of time. Its structural steel design and double ended beam load cell ensure a 150% safe overload rating while maintaining a ±0.1% accuracy rating. The double link pendulum type suspension ultimately eliminates binding and allows the mount to return to dead center each and every weighment for long term accuracy and durability.

The best positioning of the 2000 series mount assemblies is shown in the above diagram. The long axis of the load cell should point in line with any recurring force such as a conveyor or tank scale. This will allow the least restricted vessel movement and allow for thermal expansion and contraction.
