| Product Information INCELL wants our customers to be completely satisfied with any purchase. We stand firmly behind every product we sell from the moment we receive your order. If the product does not work, or is not right, return it within 30 days in original packing with all accessories in perfect condition for full credit or replacement. (Special order items do not apply) If a product must be returned for repairs or warranty reimbursement, contact our office to receive a Return Authorization number and state the problem you are experiencing and the item to be returned. When preparing the equipment for return shipment, enclose a written description of the problem and the RA# along with the address where the product should be returned. Please also reference the RA# on the shipping label to expedite the return. (Do not write on the box/carton) A restocking charge may be added if the equipment was incorrectly specified for the application, and/or damaged beyond reasonable repair. This restocking charge is proportional to the amount of time and material required to return the item to a resalable condition. Equipment that has been abused and/or shows signs of excessive wear and cannot be reconditioned and resold, will not be accepted for return. Special order equipment or items physically modified or altered in the field will also not be accepted for return or credit. All products sold by INCELL are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a one year period from the date of shipment, unless a manufacturers extended warranty applies. Contingent liability is excluded. When a system, product or component does not perform to your standards, INCELL will promptly evaluate the warranty claim and make a settlement that complies with both of our standards. Often there are circumstances which do increase the overall cost of warranty. These costs are not built into our products and you need to insure the following when making your purchase:
Lastly, INCELL is not responsible for installation or warranty repair performed by a scale service company unless otherwise contracted by our firm. We only warrant field service in extreme circumstances, however, we will provide whatever technical assistance necessary (at no charge) to ease your installation or repair. | |||
